West Way Cars provides travel arrangements for all types of business and private travel, we work closely with clients to plan a bespoke package for their events. Each and every event is coordinated by a dedicated member of our team who manages all aspects of the project to ensure that any special requirements are catered for.

With access to premium Private Hire and executive cars we can offer a complete solutions package, covering car, airport transfers, multi-site conferences, corporate hospitality, staff parties and even staff transportation for Christmas Day and the New Year.

A member of our team will attend each event to ensure that drivers are parked in the correct areas and to guide passengers to their allocated car. We will also continue to monitor bookings and vehicles throughout the event, ensuring that any changes are communicated to staff and drivers in good time.
